How much lead time do you need for a shoot?
Two to four weeks is a useful starting point for booking a shoot. It gives us more choice on crew and locations and time to prepare the people on camera.
A complete launch film needs a schedule for the brief, script, product capture, approvals, production, and post. Bring your actual launch date to the first call; booking a shoot is only one part of that schedule.
For production-only work, send the script or brief, city, dates, and your editor’s handoff requirements. For a complete launch video, also bring the audience, distribution channels, and the decision-maker for creative approval.
Rush availability is checked against the actual work. Existing terms are plus 20 percent inside seven business days and plus 25 percent inside 72 hours. Any rush fee is confirmed in the quote before you commit.
