Where I shoot

Mostly San Francisco and New York.

Those are the two cities I get asked about on nearly every first call, and they are where most of my work happens. The answer is yes to both.

Beyond those two, anywhere in the US. Finding and vetting the local crew, gear, and locations is the work, and it is my job rather than yours. You give me a city and a date. I come back with a crew list and a number.

Also worked

Washington, DC, San Diego, Denver, Tampa, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and most major US markets.

If you are asking because I am not local to you

Fair question, and it comes up on almost every first call. The honest answer is that a producer being local matters less than it sounds. What matters is whether the crew is local, whether the gear is sourced from a house that answers the phone, and whether somebody has run this kind of day before.

The client-facing difference is usually one travel day. Ask me about your specific city on the call and I will tell you straight whether I have worked there or whether I would be building it for you.
