Production only: you have the creative and an editor. I build the crew, organize the production, and run the shoot, with the footage handoff agreed before filming. See production-only work.

Then we choose the contracting arrangement. Either Valley Films is the production company, contracting crew, carrying insurance, and holding the production budget, or you remain the production company and I come in as your line producer on day rates.

Studios and agencies can keep the work white label. Direct startup clients can hire Valley Films for their own project. The quote identifies who owns each part of the work and what is included.
