A branded app changes the way a business is perceived. That was the core idea behind this launch.
What the company needed
For Circle Plus customers, App Builder was not just about shipping something to the App Store. It was about legitimacy, proximity, and brand presence. The difference between asking members to visit a platform and putting your brand directly on their home screen is bigger than it sounds. One feels rented. The other feels owned.

What mattered in the work
This page should lean into that shift. The challenge with the film was that the product itself could easily be explained in technical terms. Custom mobile app. No code. Faster launch. All true, none memorable. The stronger angle was what it meant for the customer. A community business that suddenly looked and felt like a real software product.
