When Scheduling Goes Wrong

I’ll keep my political views to myself on this one. But let’s just say I have been glued to Twitter for the last few days. 

If you’re running any kind of Buffer or Plann accounts right now, let me save you some moments of being tone-deaf:

Turn off your auto-scheduling. 

The convenience isn’t worth the fact that you look - at best, out of touch, and at worst willfully ignoring the tempest. No one will love seeing your 20% off sale or your update about your new fancy office. Think before you post.

Instead, use auto-schedule, but have the app make you review before posting.

Be smart. Invoke some empathy.
