We made 13 products in 2 days...
Just got back from Austin and had to get this video out today.
Hey guys,
Just got back from Austin, Texas and had to get this video out today.
Watch it here:
Quick debrief about this mastermind thing - first time I've ever done something like this, both teaching and attending.
Here's What Went Down
We had 13 people come in. The promise was simple: build your product in 2 days. And we did it.
We built:
13 products
13 sales pages
13 sales videos
It was intense.
I'm talking about being crew, host, teacher, all at once. Setting up cameras, teaching content, helping people one-on-one, the whole thing.
Three Big Lessons I Took Away
1. Don't Write People Off
Look, here's the thing - it's super easy when you first meet someone to think "okay, this person can't even open their email, how are they gonna do this?"
Stop. Pause right there.
Everyone has potential. Everyone.
Think about where you were on day one. Now think about where these people will be a year from now. They're gonna be absolute pros.
2. You Don't Know What You Don't Say Out Loud
This was a tough one to see firsthand.
These people were experts in their field. They knew their stuff cold.
But some of them had never actually said it out loud or written it down.
It's all in their head until they put it on paper or in a video. That's when it becomes real.
That's why I do these videos every single day.
3. Listen More, Stop Jumping In
This one's for my coaches out there.
I catch myself wanting to jump in with answers right away. But sometimes you need to sit there, feel that tension, and just ask another question.
They already know you're the expert. You don't need to prove anything. Just keep asking questions.
Let them find their own way there.
That's It
Just wanted to share this while it was fresh. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
Later,
Jordan
P.S. Hit reply and tell me - what's sitting in your head that you haven't said out loud yet?
