How do you structure your week?
Sunday is for learning and prepping and getting one's House in order.
Monday is for warming up and tidying up the business.
Tuesday is for reaching out and seeing where I can help.
Wednesday is for thoughts and another chance to say hello.
Thursday starts the largo, but also a great time to create.
Friday is freeing and inspiring for more creative time.
Saturday is a cool shutdown - Practice the Art of Nothing.
During this quarantine, I have found it best to focus less on the month to month scale and to really drill down to a week to week (sometimes a day to day) scale. We have no idea what next month will look like, but we do have a really good idea what tomorrow looks like.
Control what you can, let go of things you can't. Finding a rhythm in your business will ensure that you're staying your best and doing your best.
Dear Reader, What does your week look like? Let me know in your reply.
Cheers,
