I signed up for a month-long workout plan back in October.
The plan gives you 20 workout sessions, all targeting one body part at a time (arms, chest, legs). The only issue I had at first was this…

I know this sounds like pure insanity, but I absolutely loved it.
And it’s taken me months to truly realize why…

I know that I’m not the most creative or innovative filmmaker out there.
And knowing this disadvantage, I’ve had to rely on my favorite skillset: reps.
Doing the same thing over and over until I overcome every obstacle in front of me by sheer volume.
Whether it was marathon running with my Dad when I was 17, pumping out 500 bicep curls, or producing over 1,000 videos on the internet. Building a massive body of work has been my real advantage in life.
