Do you spend your time trying to learn it yourself?

You have a problem in your business. You know you have that problem - you might even know how to go about solving that problem.

The real question is - Should you fix it yourself?

Here’s the criteria for tackling your business’s problem:

  1. Can this be solved within one workday?
  2. Does this problem/solution fall within your primary expertise?
  3. Will this have little to no impact on your revenue streams?

If you answered “Yes” to all of the questions, then go ahead and knock out that pesky problem!

If you answered “No” or “I’m not sure/IDK” to any question, then consider reaching out to an expert who can help you solve that problem.

Focus on fulfilling your business’s strategy - not tinkering with tactics.
